These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkySynq service and website. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SkySynq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

SkySynq provides a worldwide data synchronization platform that encrypts your data and routes it through secure servers. The service includes client applications for various platforms and access to our cloud infrastructure for seamless data synchronization.

3. Account Terms

To use the service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

Paid subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our service

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use SkySynq to transmit malware, engage in unauthorized data collection, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or any other activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the service or third-party systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our synchronization service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkySynq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or privacy resulting from factors outside our reasonable control

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
